If you cancel your membership before going to Forward for an in-person visit, we are able to provide a full refund. After the initial in-person visit, there is a six month commitment for membership. If you have come in for an in-person visit at Forward and would like to cancel your membership after six months, we are unable to provide a refund but will cancel any subsequent charges. Refunds take 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in one’s account.
